About Lakehouse Lacrosse & Fitness
Lakehouse Lacrosse & Fitness is the result of a Bachelor's degree, over a decades' worth of coaching experience and a passion to help athletes reach their full potential. While lacrosse is the main specialty, all athletes can participate and benefit in the training provided. Coaches have a diverse background and have trained athletes in multiple sports, age groups, and genders. A day at Lakehouse Lacrosse is not repetitive or ordinary, as we use multiple training exercises techniques unique to each individual group. Whether preparing for hockey or soccer, or recovering from baseball or basketball, Lakehouse Fitness will identify and train key areas of development, growth, and recovery.
