Backed by a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and over a decade's experience in coaching, Lakehouse aims to revolutionize the training regimen of lacrosse players through the use of strength and conditioning, unique drills, and workouts designed for elasticity, explosiveness, and injury prevention. All drills and workouts are personalized for all skill levels and players; there are no 'general' plans for the athletes. Thus far, Lakehouse Lacrosse & Fitness has established growth in Florida, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Our continued growth is attributed by the word of mouth from players who have successfully completed the program and played in  the NCAA, currently playing in the NCAA, or are committed to an NCAA program.
